Exchange Policy

Once you receive your pairs in the case size, colour or design needs to be exchanged you could do so by simply informing us via any communication channel, whatsapp, facebook or Instagram.

Once informed we will arrange the exchange units to be delivered to your location within 3 – 6 working days.

In the event of an exchange unit requested not being available we will inform of the date of restock or provide you with alternative options.

In the event of an exchange the shipping charges for one way is to be borne by the customer and Paired Official would be responsible to incur the remaining costs associated.

Note :- Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached

  •  We do not accept returns or refunds  unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent; however if required we can exchange a pair in return for a credit note/voucher.
  • You can return the existing unit to the courier personal with the same box packaging and collect the exchange unit from the courier.

Shipping and Deliveries

Pickup Point

You may choose to collect your goods from Paired pick up point. Items can be picked up on a preferred date by paying online.

In the event a selected pair is out of stock you will be notified accordingly.


Delivery Times

Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. Delivery times are as follows,
1. Delivery within Colombo would take 2 – 3 days.
2. Delivery to suburbs of Colombo 2 – 4 days.
3. Other areas islandwide 3 – 5 days.
