How long does delivery take?

Colombo 2–3 days, Colombo suburbs 2–4 days, and the rest of the island 3–5 days. Standard delivery is LKR 350.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Choose our pickup point at No.29 Palmyrah Avenue, Colombo 3, pay online, and collect on your preferred date.

How can I pay?

By card through PayHere, cash on delivery, or in 3 interest-free payments with Koko or Mintpay.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, for a different size, colour or design. Tell us on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram and we will deliver the exchange within 3–6 working days. Items must be unused, in the original box with tags. You pay the one-way shipping and we cover the rest.

Do you offer refunds?

Returns and refunds apply to defective or incorrect items. Otherwise we can exchange the item or give you a credit note.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Our jewellery is 18k-plated waterproof stainless steel, made to be hypoallergenic and anti-tarnish. To keep its shine, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals and store it dry.
